    My company uses Keeper for password security. Recently we started using a new HRIS system and the username/password wasn't autofilling correctly. I submitted a ticket and expected it to go nowhere. Their IT got back to me and worked with me to resolve it and it's now working as expected now.

    The app itself is all right. Their Chrome extension, though, is sloppy and unreliable. * Main issue is I cannot turn it off for a particular page. It keeps popping up on pages where I don't need it (e.g. on BI tool forms), and the only way to avoid that is to turn the whole extension off. * Password change process lost the new password several times, I have to make sure I copy it on the side until I double check Keeper kept it. * Confuses logins on some pages. I.e. even though login is set ...

    There are many similar software solutions with comparable features and pricing. However, the real difference becomes clear when you need aftersales support. The autofill issue related to third-party software was resolved within just a few days—even when the third-party provider itself was not ready to get involved at all. Excellent service.
