    "I want to cancel my subscription. You make it impossible... Contact me before I open a chargeback." This line above was my original review that I left after I've spend a good 20 minutes of my day trying to send a SIMPLE email and ask for cancelation. Believe me, it's not made easy to contact them and you can see that from other customers' reviews. After I found an email address by digging through the reviews and comments and asked for my subscription to be canceled, this was the answer I go...
