    Fast, but for JP-EN/EN-JP learners. EN-EN dict without IPA and word pronociation.

    Uh, not the cleanest looking little thing. If you wanna use a pop-up dictionary to learn jp, just use yomitan. Are there any en-cn dictionaries for this thing?
