    Hi Steve, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that it did not work for your so far. There are some pages like the chrome web store pages, where Chrome does not allow browser extensions to run. That's why you are probably not able to use Eye-Able there. But it should work on other pages. You should see the Eye-Able icon at the top right of the screen or you can use ALT + 1 to open the toolbar. Feel free to contact us on support@eye-able.com if you still run into issues! Let us know if this worked out for you. If it does and you are intressted to use the extenstion more, we are always looking for testers, who will also get a perpetual free license.     Hi Mohamed, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you had problems with the 'Hide Icon' feature. To hide the icon, you can either use the Settings menu in the toolbar itself, or you can use the menu in the browser toolbar (in the Puzzle Piece menu). Once you have hidden the icon, you can still always open the toolbar by pressing ALT + 1. The idea behind the hiding of the icon is that once you are familiar with the functions you will have the option of only using keyboard shortcuts. To make the icon permanently visible again, simply disable the "Hide Icon" setting.     We thank you for your feedback and we are always trying to make our software as easy to use as possible. This makes your feedback all the more valuable, especially if it was not intuitive to use. What do you mean by turning off saturation mode? All functions in Eye-Able Assist can be activated by clicking on the function in the toolbar and deactivated by clicking again. You can also use keyboard shortcuts. For example, high contrast mode can be activated and deactivated using ALT + C. We'd love to hear your feedback so we can include it in the next update.
