follow up from my previous rating - emmanuel reached out immediately to help resolve the issues i was experiencing. while it wasn't quite as automatic, he made certain that we got everything taken care of. very much appreciated his attentiveness and willingness to get everything squared away so i can maximize benefits on the app. * * * * * i'm on the fence right now. i purchased the liftime membership so i could add multiple accounts, etc... but there is no easy feature on how to add yo...
