    Having issues connecting it to my amazon shop and amazon support has asked that scanprofit contact them to resolve and I've gotten no response to emailed requests that they connect with amazon. Meanwhile, I'm being charged hundreds of dollars for something I can't use. Definitely do not recommend.

    I usually don't write reviews, but I'm writing this one in hopes of finally receiving assistance with getting this product, WHICH A ACTUALLY WANT. And so I hope the company can help me and any others having the same issue. I had Scan Profit for one month in January and my subscription has not "renewed," as I'm told it is supposed to automatically ever month. But my account has not been deducted.     You download the extension. Then when you click on the extensions on the browser, upper right, you click on Scan Profit it brings you back to this page to download. It's an infinite loop. Anyone else think this is fishy?
