Mar 18, 2026Hello! Thank you for trying Ahero. You are able to use the extension without creating an account. This can be accessed by clicking the "Try a limited preview" link. This allows you to use the basic functionality and block websites on Chrome. However, we ask people to create an account to take advantage of many other features such as time limits, block schedules, cross-device syncing, or setting goals. We hope you understand. Thank you for trying Ahero anyways.

Oct 1, 2024Sorry about the issue! The account deletion issue was a bug on our end and has been fixed. We also want to clarify that Ahero has a free plan for mobile. The paid plan is optional and focuses on advanced blocking features for people who want stricter control. We don’t sell data or run ads, so paid plans are the only way we sustain the product. Totally understand if it’s not the right fit for you, and we appreciate the feedback.

May 3, 2024A bug in Sidekick for blocking sites - it does not work if a website is in a Chrome Tab Group that has the save option turned on. Enjoying the extension so far.
