It keeps saying can't create default account and it also says it could be bad network conditions but my internet speed is perfectly fine and other apps work. Also I know it's not just a me problem because multiple reviews have this same problem.

this app has actually been wonderful and I have a lot of "notes" on it but I tried to just open it and it says that loading and then creating account and then could not create default account, it may be a bad network connections, please try again later. I have tried multiple times, no problems with my network and there are many many things I need to retrieve from the app that I cannot get anywhere else as well as the beginning of a book I am writing and so losing everything would be detriment...
