    I have used many a tool since the forge days and guide jar is stable, reliable and not drowning in un-needed features as they understand their audience...the instructional, problem solver & communicator.     GuideJar is such a useful 'explainer' tool. I use it with my team and my clients all the time. Guides are quick to put together, no need for screenshots and copy-paste into document to convert to pdf, etc. I creates all that with mouse-clicks, a little bit of editing and there you have it. It makes my life so much easier, thank you.
