(1) Filter for “Amazon Customer” reviewers – Your point is well taken. We agree that having the option to exclude generic reviewer names would enhance the credibility and quality of imported reviews. (2) Default date format setting – We also see how manually adjusting the date format each time can become inefficient, especially for users who prefer DD/MM/YYYY. I have shared both of your suggestions with our product and development team for careful consideration.     Thank you for sharing those details with us—and I’m really glad to hear you were able to resolve the login issue by switching to Google Chrome. I also want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. At the moment, our application is optimized for and fully supports Google Chrome. While other browsers like Opera GX may work for general browsing, certain features may not function as expected.
