    This worked beautifully for months - and I promoted it to many friends who also downloaded the extension. But it's been broken for a few months (since the last update, possibly?) I get this infuriating message: "Amazon customer service chat is temporarily unavailable, so refund claims may pause for a few days. You can still scan your Amazon orders for price drops. When this notice disappears, Amazon chat is back for most users." Hope the devs are able to address this soon. Please!!??

    while this extension DID work very well, it has not worked in weeks. There is no update from the developer on the extension and when it will work again. Most disturbing is that the email link for support has been disabled so there is not a way to contact anyone anymore. They still have over $20 of my money and they've disappeared.

    I paid them $15. They said they could get me over $50 in refunds. They got me $13. They asked me for more money. This is a scam from China. I figured it was but wanted to try it out before I wrote a review. The best thing to do is monitor your purchases for 90 days and when you see a price drop, get the refund yourself. Don't let these folks rip you off. I read the chats and it did say I would get credit, gift cards and money back on my card. I tested this by asking for the same thing myself ...

    This is amazing tool. It got me a refund, too! Now if it could just convince my boss to give me a raise. :-)

    I heard about this extension on reddit. It's great! I easily got my money back in refunds and customer support is fantastic. I highly recommend this!
