    Hi Viviana, Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the trouble you’re experiencing. Downloading large numbers of files from group chats can sometimes be affected by browser performance or conflicts with other extensions (including tools like WA Web Plus). To help resolve this, could you try the following quick checks: • Temporarily disable other WhatsApp-related extensions and try again • Refresh WhatsApp Web and restart your browser • Try downloading a smaller batch of files to see if performance improves If the issue persists, we’d really like to investigate this for you.
