    Hey Piercen, sorry to hear that you're having issues - if you use the "visit support hub" button at the bottom of the extension page, you can send over a ticket with a bit more detail that I can review and hopefully get sorted for you πŸ‘

    Karl!! 10/10 All day, every day! Thank you so much for developing this incredible auto-refresh tool; it has significantly enhanced my productivity by eliminating the need for constant manual refreshes, allowing me to focus on more important tasks. I'm very impressed with its efficiency and would love to learn about any other tools you have developed or could develop that are compatible with Zendesk.
